PLAN THE INVESTMENT

Know the likely scale.
Before committing.

The review gives you a plan. If you want us to deliver it, we agree a fixed-price scope before work begins.

ProjectIndicative budgetExample scope
Simple Home Assistant integration£1,500–£2,500A limited set of compatible systems, an agreed dashboard and a small number of routines.
Typical smart-home or energy integration£3,000–£5,000Several connected systems, useful automations and coordinated household controls.
Large or complex property£5,000–£10,000More rooms, systems and dependencies, usually delivered in agreed phases.
Major automation or energy project£10,000+A broader programme with a bespoke scope, design and delivery plan.

Working launch estimates from our business plan, not fixed packages or a quotation. Example scopes illustrate scale; exact inclusions depend on your equipment and property. Assessment fees are separate and are not automatically credited. Your proposal confirms the complete payable price and any applicable tax treatment.

What determines the price?

The number of devices is only part of it. Compatibility, network condition, the routines you want, hardware requirements, access, testing and documentation all affect the work. A smaller project with uncertain integrations can take more effort than a larger, well-supported setup.

What will the quote make clear?

  • The agreed result, supported equipment and acceptance checks.
  • Hardware supplied, configuration and commissioning.
  • Any specialist installation work, travel and separate exclusions.
  • Your documentation, handover and included post-installation support.
  • Optional later phases and recurring third-party costs.

Start small where it makes sense

We can prioritise the part with the clearest benefit, such as an energy view or a small set of household routines, before expanding. A review may also find that existing settings can meet your needs without a larger project.
