Your own installation
Each property has its own Home Assistant instance and unique credentials. Your household remains in control of the installation, with optional support.
Local where it makes sense
We prefer suitable local integrations where practical. Some equipment and features still require a manufacturer’s cloud service. We explain those dependencies before you choose a design.
Access you understand
Any remote support access is agreed with you, limited to what is needed and revocable. Passwords do not belong in enquiry forms, equipment lists or ordinary email.
Recovery is part of the design
Backups, key configuration details and recovery steps belong in the handover. We also consider manual controls and what happens after a restart or internet outage.
Monitoring is optional
Any future managed monitoring would be separately explained and agreed. We would identify the information collected, why it is needed and how to stop access.
