Assessments and reviews
The whole-home assessment has a proposed launch price of £395. Focused reviews have proposed launch prices of £195 remotely or £295 for a local visit. Review fees are standalone and are not automatically credited against implementation. The written booking information confirms scope, total price, travel arrangements and the report deliverable.
Implementation
Assessment recommendations do not commit you to an implementation project. Any work is separately scoped and quoted, including equipment, configuration, commissioning and handover.
Specialist work
Electrical installation, refrigerant work and other specialist activities are identified separately and assigned to appropriately qualified people. An integration review is not an electrical inspection, EPC, heat-pump service or installation certification.
Support and memberships
Care and Optimise are planned invitation-only pilot services, not self-service subscriptions. Response times, included work, exclusions and pricing will be defined before purchase. There is no current promise of round-the-clock or emergency support.
Before public launch
Booking terms, cancellation arrangements and complete business details will be provided before customers are invited to purchase services. This private preview does not collect payments or confirm appointments.
